Until recently, Olivia would run or squirm away from me when I tried to brush her hair. We started reading "Elmo - Being Clean." There is a page where she can see kids brushing their hair. Since then, she has been fine with me brushing and washing her hair. Hallelujah! Thanks Elmo!

The customer service was outstanding!
They were so helpful with carring my bags onboard and getting us set up in out seats. Our travel arrangements were made by Flight Centre. Again, very professional and accomodating.
